Check your IOS Version First!!

"Error: Not Found. The requested URL / was not found on this server."

This (above) is what I get when I try to get tech support with my issue.

I PAID for the app, immediately tried to open it, and every time I go to the "Emoticons" section, it tells me I have a "Server error, try again later," and then crashes. Since this is absolutely not true as I did trouble-shoot the issue by opening all other programs successfully, Im at a loss. I really dislike to give a bad review to anyone simply trying their best to give us good stuff to work with, but I dislike even more paying for something that wasnt delivered! PLEASE READ MANY OTHER REVIEWS THAT BACK ME UP ON THIS. It seems that once a programmer figures they can keep bringing in profit even after they no longer support the compatibility issues and the likes, they either have integrity, or they dont. Really wish Apple would fix this ongoing problem.
